摘　　要：目的探讨如何应用统计参数映射（SPM）进行功能磁共振图像处理与分析的研究。方法采用3．0T西门子磁共振机对正常人进行无意义图形的记忆编码的脑功能磁共振成像扫描，获得有关记忆的脑功能图像，应用SPM软件进行图像处理与分析研究。结果通过SPM软件的分析获得理想的有关记忆的脑激活图，从而用来进行进一步的分析脑的记忆功能。结论在进行脑功能磁共振图像处理与分析中，指出SPM软件应用的关键问题以及该技术还有待进一步研究之处。Objective To apply SPM to processing and analyzing functional magnetic images about memory. Methods The 3.0 T Siemens magnetic resonance machine scans to the brains of people carrying on the memory of the nonsense sketch to code, to acquire the brain concerning on function images of memory, applying SPM to carry on the images processing and the analyzing research. Results There have the ideal brain activation maps of memory by the application for SPM software,so as to further fMRI study. Conclusion This artical shows the main problems in application of SPM and further researches.
