低分子肝素治疗下肢手术后深静脉血栓形成的疗效

摘　　要：【目的】观察低分子肝素治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果,探索其治疗规律。【方法】对23例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者进行低分子肝素治疗,观察治疗前后的症状,体征及彩色多普勒超声检查结果。【结果】23例症状、体征在3周内均消失,彩色多普勒超声提示有血栓形成的相关血管再通或部分再通。【结论】低分子肝素治疗深静脉血栓形成安全、有效。【Objective】To evaluate the efficacy of the low molecular weight heparin（LMWH） in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs.【Methods】Twenty three patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs after orthopaedic operation were treated by LMWH through subcutaneous injection.Effects were evaluated by the symptoms,signs and vascular doppler ultrasonography during the treatment.【Results】Severe clinical symptoms and signs of all patients were relieved.Doppler ultrasonography indicated patency or partial patency of the thrombosis-related vessel.【Conclusion】The LMWH is an efective and safe drug in treatment of deep venous thrombosis.
