2型糖尿病患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1与胰岛功能的关系

摘　　要：【目的】探讨2型糖尿病患者空腹血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）的水平与胰岛功能的关系。【方法】122例2型糖尿病患者按病程分为4组：A组（〈2年）,B组（2~5年）,C组（5.1~10年）,D组（〉10年）,用放射免疫法测血清C肽和胰岛素水平,用ELISA法测MCP-1,全自动生化仪测定血脂系列。【结果】随着糖尿病病程延长,血清MCP-1的水平逐步升高,胰岛β细胞功能指数（MBCI）逐步降低,MCP-1与HbA1c、TG成正相关,MBCI与FPG、FINSI、NS2h、FCP、TC成正相关。【结论】随着2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能进行性下降,血清MCP-1显著升高,提示MCP-1可能在2型糖尿病的发病中起一定作用。【Objective】To explore the relationship between the fasting serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1（MCP-1） and the islet β-cell function in type 2 diabetes.【Methods】One hundred and twenty-two subjects were divided into four groups according to the disease stage： Group A（〈2 years）,Group B（2 to 5 years）,Group C（5.1 to 10 years）,Group D（〉10 years）,The mean levels of serum insulin,C-peptide were measured by radioimmunoassay,MCP-1 were measured by ELISA,serum lipid were measured by fully automatic biochemical instrument.【Results】The fasting serum MCP-1 increased with the development of the disease stage,Modified Beta Cell-Function Index（MBCI） decreased,MCP-1 was positively related with HbA1c,TG,and MBCI was positively related with FPG,FINS,INS2h,FCP,TC.【Conclusion】The fasting serum MCP-1 increases significantly with the decrease of the islet β-cell function in type 2 diabetes.MCP-1 may play a role in the incidence of Type 2 Diabetes.
