人巨细胞病毒活动性感染的研究

摘　　要：报道１６２例小儿活动性人巨细胞病毒感染的临床研究。所有病例ＣＭＶ－ＩｇＭ抗体皆阳性。４８／７１例尿中找到巨细胞包涵体。先天性感染组７９例，其中全身性感染３２例。年龄３周～１２周组２９例。该两组临床表现以病理性黄疸、肝脾肿大和肝损害为主，余为先天畸形和神经系统异常（１７／３１例有听通路传导障碍）。先天组中新生儿窒息２０例。＞１２周龄组５４例，其中肾病、肾炎或不明原因的血尿、蛋白尿共３２例。死亡４例。cases of childhood active HCMV infection were reported and their clinical features were studied.HCMV-IgM antibody were positive in all cases.Cytomegalic inclusion were found in the urine of 48/71 cases.Among the 79 cases of congenital infection group,32 cases were general infection.Twenty-nine cases were from 3 weeks to 12 weeks old.The clinical features in the above 2 groups were mainly manifested by pathological jaundice,hepatosplenomegaly and abnormal liver function.others had congenital malformations and nervous syetem abnormality (Auditory Brainstem Response in 17/31 cases were abnormal).There were 20 asphyxial newborns in the congenital group Among the 54 cases over the age of 12 weeks,there were 32 cases of nephropathy,nephritis or blood urine,Proteinuria of unknown causes,Four cases were dead.This Paper intended to make HCMV infection more impressive.
