摘 要:本研究以贵州喀斯特地区胚胎移植所产的17头公犊,25头母犊共42头安格斯牛为材料,对其初生至12月龄的体重、体尺等生长发育指标进行了测定,并与原产地同龄段安格斯牛和本地黎平黄牛的相应生长发育指标进行比较,以确定胚胎移植安格斯牛在本地区的适应性。结果表明,胚移犊牛基本适应当地自然条件和饲养管理条件,生长性能较本地黎平黄牛明显高;胚移公犊各年龄段体重明显低于原产地同龄段公犊,甚至低于胚移母犊;胚移牛不同年龄阶段日增重,公、母犊均以3月龄以前最快,3~6月龄最差。42 embryo transferred Angus calves including 17 male and 25 female individuals were selected to measure body weight and body size measurement from newborn to 12 month-old. Its aim to deter- mine the adaptability of embryo transferred Angus in Guizhou karsts area. The corresponding data of same age of local non--transferred Angus beef calves and of local Liping yellow cattle were collected at the same time in order to make a compare with embryo transferred Angus cattle. The results showed that on the whole ,the embryo transferred Angus calves basically adapted to local natural and feeding conditions, and their growth performance were significantly higher than that of local Liping yellow cattle. The body weight of male embryo transferred Angus calves were obviously lower than that of original ones at all age stages, even lower than that of the female embryo transferred Angus calves. Except this, the ADG of embryo transplanted Angus calves was highest before 3 month-old and lowest at 3 to 6 month-old.
