摘　　要：根据数字化图书馆的特征,阐述了建设数字化图书馆的必要性、具体措施以及建设数字化图书馆中应重视的问题。According to the features of digital library,this paper expounds the necessity,concrete measures of constructing the digital library and the problems that should pay attention to in the construction of digital library.
