乙肝散治疗慢性乙肝的临床和实验研究

摘　　要：以清热解毒、健脾化湿两法组成纯中药制剂乙肝散,治疗慢性乙型肝炎40例,并与齐墩果酸片随机对照,结果发现:治疗组病人除临床症状、体征、肝功能以及蛋白代谢等获得明显改善外,乙肝散对乙型肝炎病人HBeAg有较好的转阴作用,与对照组相比有显著差异(p<0.05)。体外试验采用由乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA克隆转染人肝细胞(HePG_2)的2.2.15细胞系,对其进行乙型肝炎病毒HBsAg和HBeAg表达抑制的研究结果显示:乙肝散对HBeAg表达具有较明显的抑制效果,IC_(50)为656.95±40.19μg/ml,治疗指数为5.34±0.23,在各个不同剂量组均有不同程度的效果,呈现出剂量反应关系。Using'clear away heat and toxic materials 'with 'invigorating the spleen and eliminating wetness-evil' two methods composed pure TCM preparation to treat 40 cases suffered chronic hepatitis B, random compared with oleanolic acid tablets, the results showed that not only the clinical manifestation, physical sign, liver function and protein metabolism in patients of treatment group were obviously improved, but also the 'Yigansan' has good function to turn the patients HBeAg with hepatitis B into negative, it has obvious differences compared with the control group (P< 0. 05) . The in vitro test adopted 2. 2.15 cell line of transfected HePGz of DNA's clone of hepatitis B virus, the expression and inhibiton study has been made in HBsAg and HBeAg in hepatitis B virus, the results revealed that 'Yigansan' has the apparent inhibited effect for HBeAg expression, IC50 is 656. 96±40. 19 ug/ml, the therapeutic index is 5. 34±0. 23, it has different effect in various dosage groups, which appear dose-response relationship.
