摘　　要：介绍了图书馆不和谐现象及其产生的原因,从读者、馆员、信息载体和物质设施建设的协调统一等方面论述了和谐图书馆的构建。This paper introduces the unharmonious phenomena and the reasons of their generation, and expounds the construction of the harmonious library from the harmonization and unification of readers, librarians, information carries and material facilities construction.
