摘　　要：从建立科技信息网、建立国内国际联机系统、建立科技文献情报中心、引进和建设文献数据库等方面探讨了如何建设多元化查新信息源,以达到提高查新质量的目的。This paper probes into how to construct the information sources of the diversified novelty retrieval from aspects of establishing the sci-tech information network, setting up the domestic and international online systems, constructing the sci-tech information center, and introducing and building the document database for the purpose of improving the quality of novelty retrieval.
