摘　　要：介绍了图书馆采编业务外包的概念,分析了国内外图书馆采编业务外包的发展状况,就图书馆实行采编业务外包的必要性、可行性及采编业务外包过程中应注意的问题进行了探讨。This paper introduces the concept of the outsourcing of acquisitioning and cataloguing service of the library, analyzes on the developing situation of domestic and foreign outsourcing of acquisitioning and cataloguing service of the library, and probes into the necessity and feasibility of implementing the outsourcing of acquisitioning and cataloguing service of the library and some problems needing attention in the outsourcing of acquisitioning and cataloguing service.
