微创次高位大隐静脉结扎加局部硬化剂注射术治疗大隐静脉曲张152例分析

摘　　要：目的介绍微创次高位大隐静脉结扎加局部硬化剂注射术治疗大隐静脉曲张。方法局部麻醉、腰麻、硬外麻醉下行微创次高位大隐静脉结扎152例186条肢体,术后次日行曲张大隐静脉及交通瓣膜功能不全的交通支近远侧浅静脉内硬化剂注射86例98条肢体。结果应用新方法治疗大隐静脉曲张152例186条肢体,均取得满意疗效,无并发症发生,平均住院时间3d。结论微创次高位大隐静脉结扎加局部硬化剂注射术安全、美观、术式简单,住院时间短,费用低,复发率低,效果满意。Objective To introduce minimally invasive and secondarily flush ligation of great sapheneous vein combined with selective sclerotherapy.Methods 152 cases of great sapheneous varix were treated with minimally invasive and secondarily flush ligation of great sapheneous vein under local anesthesesia or lumbar anesthesesia or peridural anesthesesia,and 86 cases were treated with selective sclerotherapy.Results Satisfactary surgical results were achieved in all cases without complication.Mean in-hospital day is 3.Conclusion This is a simple,safe and cosmetic operation with low cost,short time stay in hospital and low recurrency.
