胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣舌再造的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舌癌根治术同期应用胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣行舌再造术的临床效果。方法应用胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣行舌再造术同期修复16例舌癌根治术后舌缺损,总结有关处理经验。结果16例中13例肌皮瓣完全成活,术后经1年以上随访,再造舌外形满意,吞咽和语音功能恢复良好。结论胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣舌再造术式简单、安全,操作技术容易,易于推广应用,可在联合根治同一术野内同期完成,供区不额外增加疤痕和缺损,是舌癌根治术后半舌缺损修复重建的可行方法。Objective To study the clinical application of simultaneous tongue reconstruction with stemocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap after radical operation for tongue carcinoma. Methods 16 cases of simultaneous tongue reconstruction with stemocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap after radical operation for tongue carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were followed up over 1 year, and 13 of all the 16 cases survived.The contours of tongue reconstruction parts were good and the speaking and swallowing functions were re-obtained. Conclusion This procedure is easily and safely manipulated,and no visible scar formation or any defect appeared in the donor area. The reconstruction of tongue in one stage was satisfactory in function and cosmetic effect. The stemocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap is effective for immediate repair of defects of half tongue from excision of tongue cancer.
