摘　　要：本文以2006年国家女子铁人三项集训运动员为研究对象,采用灰关联分析法,从9项初选指标中筛选出3项我国优秀女子铁人三项运动员机能水平的监控指标,并建立了综合评价标准。旨在为训练实践提供依据,提高训练过程监控的科学化程度。In the paper the subjects tested are the women who had prepared for the Triathlete Race of 2006 Sydney Olympic Games. The 3 indexes that could effectively reflect women athletes＇ physical function were selected from 9 primary indexes using the Grey System Correlation Method. Based on the results, the physical function evaluation standards for Chinese outstanding women triathletes are established and a more rational means of supervision is used during training.
