摘　　要：提出了用辐射计进行电波折射修正的方法,以避免外测系统在对无线电波进行测速定位、导航时产生折射误差,并给出了低仰角时大气时交特性对电波修正精度影响的典型结果。This paper presents the wave refracting method of revising with radiometer to avoid the refracting errors which be made about outside-examination system in navigating and testing speed, meanwhile the typical result of time-variation characteristics＇ influence on the wave＇s revising precision in the atmosphere at low angle of elevation.
