摘  要:针对八面河油田利用空心抽油杆进行泵上掺水降粘和油润滑工艺采油生产过程中杆柱频繁发生断脱的问题,应用载荷实际测试结果,对杆柱断脱井进行强度校核,得出断脱原因与空心抽油杆加工质量、最大载荷及交变载荷等因素密切相关。为此,提出预防空心抽油杆柱断脱应采取的措施:1、改进加工工艺,提高空心抽油杆质量;2、优化参数,降低载荷;3、对杆柱采取扶正措施;4、合理确定掺水,降低原油粘度,减轻空心抽油杆载荷。Aiming at the defect of hollow rods high breaking frequency in water blending technology above pump and oil lubrication in Bamianhe Oilfield, the authors analyze hollow rod failure wells by means of intension verify with the help of actual testing load data. The result shows the failure reason is closely related to rod quality, maximum load and changing load. To prevent hollow rod breaking, they bring out such countermeasures as improving processing technology to increase hollow rod quality, optimizing parameters to reduce load, centralizing rods and blending water reasonably to lower crude oil viscosity and hollow rod road.
