摘　　要：针对BOT项目风险体系复杂这一特点,采用多层模糊分析与层次分析法相结合,提出了一种综合考察BOT项目中各风险因素的多级模糊综合评价方法。最后以S省某道路建设BOT项目为例,介绍了该方法的应用。As far as the complexity of BOT project risk system, multi-hierarchy mistiness synthesis and hierarchy analysis method are combined in the article and the author puts forward one kind of multi-hierarchy synthesis appraise model and takes road construction of S province as an example and introduces the application.
