摘  要:试验从38个哈密瓜内生细菌中筛选出具有诱导哈密瓜植株抗细菌性叶斑病和疫霉病能力的菌株。研究结果表明:以诱抗效果达到30%为标准,筛选出有12株具有诱导哈密瓜抗细菌叶斑病的菌株;有8株具有诱导哈密瓜抗疫霉病的菌株;有4株具有诱导哈密瓜同时抗细菌叶斑病和疫霉病的菌株,诱抗效果高于或相当于化学诱抗剂水杨酸,且诱抗效果较持续稳定。试验证明了从哈密瓜内生细菌菌株中可以筛选出能显著提高哈密瓜抗病性的菌株,具有作为生防菌开发利用的潜能。In the experiment the strains of induced systematic disease resistance of Hami melon plant were screened from thirty-eight endophytic strains.The results showed that 12 strains expressed the ability of induced resistance of Hami melon plant to Pseuodomonas syringae pv.melonis,eight strains expressed the ability of induced resistance to Phytophthora drechsleri,4 strains expressed the ability of induced resistance of Hami melon plant to both of the pathogens.The effect of inducing resistance reached the standard of 30%.Its effect is higher than SA or equal to SA,and its indued effect sustaines to be steady.The study confirmed that the strains of disease resistance of Hami melon plants distinctly can be obtained from endophytic bacteria,and endophytic bacteria have the potential ability to act as biocontrol agents.
