摘 要:采用无机盐辅助水热法选择调控合成了WO_3纳米颗粒和纳米线。通过SEM,TEM,EDX和XRD等手段对产物进行了表征。研究了形貌和尺寸对WO_3的光致发光性能的影响,并探讨了形貌和尺寸对WO_3光致发光性能影响的机制。Tungsten oxide with various morphologies and particle sizes were synthesized by a hydrothermal method in the presence of various salts. The properties of products were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD and EDX. Effects of morphologies and particle sizes on the photoluminescence of WO3 nanocrystals were also investigated. Photoluminescence mechanism of tungsten oxide with various morphologies and particle sizes was proposed.
