摘 要:利用真空烧结工艺制备了纳米复合TI(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀片。进行淬火态45#钢的单因素切削试验,并利用SEM,EPMA对金属陶瓷刀具的磨损失效机理进行了研究。结果表明:纳米复合TI(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀片在切削淬火态45#钢时表现出较高的耐磨性和切削性能,其主要的磨损失效机理是压应力下的挤压变形和粘附磨损,同时伴随一定的氧化磨损和扩散磨损。Nanocomposite Ti(C, N)-based cermet tools were prepared by vacuum sintering and tested in turning quenched medium carbon steel at various combinations of cutting speed (Vc), feed rate (f), and depth of cut (αp). The wear mechanism was investigated in detail using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron-probe microanalysis (EPMA). It was found that, the newly fabricated cermet tools exhibited higher wear resistance and better cutting performance when cutting quenched medium carbon steel. And extrusion deformation of the tool in compression strain and adhesive wear were the main source of cermet tools failure, and meanwhile diffusion and oxidation were also observed.
