摘 要:由Cu-Fe-Cr系原位复合材料硝酸法萃取了磁性铁基纤维,研究了铬铁质量比R对铁基纤维磁性和稳定性的影响。对铁基纤维进行了SEM观察,采用振动样品磁强计测试了铁基纤维的磁性,采用热重-差热法分析了铁基纤维的稳定性。结果表明:随着铁基纤维中铬铁质量比的增加,铁基纤维的稳定性显著增强,同时比饱和磁化强度下降;随着原位复合材料的变形量增大,相同铬铁质量比的铁基纤维的稳定性逐渐下降。The magnetic iron based fibers were extracted from Cu-Fe-Cr in situ composite wires by use of a selective etching technique, where the Cu matrix dissolved by nitric acid, and the effects of R (the mass ratio of chromium to iron) on the stability of the fibers were investigated, The microstructure of the fiber sample was observed by SEM, and the magnetic properties of the fiber sample were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer. The stability of iron based fibers was analyzed by TGA-DTA, The results show that with the increase of the mass ratio of chromium to iron, the stability of iron based fibers increases obviously, and the saturation magnetization of the fibers decreases at the same time. With increasing amounts of fiber deformation, the stability of iron based fibers with the same composition decreases gradually.
