泽泻水提物、醇提物的制备及对小白鼠降脂作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:比较泽泻水提物、醇提物对高脂饮食小白鼠的降脂作用。方法:利用正交试验选择泽泻水提、醇提的最佳方案,通过药理实验方法,以实验动物小白鼠的体重、肝重、血脂指标、Lee氏指数为测定指标,比较泽泻水提物、醇提物对高脂饮食小白鼠的降脂作用。结论:泽泻水提物、醇提物对肥胖小白鼠均有一定降血脂作用,且两者的作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Objective. To study the different effects of water and alcohol extracts of Alisma orientalis on the decreace of the hyperlipidemia of fat mice. Methods： To choose the best extraction condition of the water and alcohol extracts of Alisma using orthogonal design; to compare the effects between water and alcohol extracts of Alisma orientalis on body weight , liver weight , the concentration of TG,CHO, HDL-C and Lee＇index on fat mice. Conclution. Tthe water and alcohol extracts of Alisma orientalis have some effect on Lipid Metabolism of fat mice and there is no significant difference between them.
