摘  要:借助金相、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM/EDX)及X射线荧光光谱仪研究了CuNiCrAl合金在H_2SO_4溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:CuNiCrAl合金在低温H_2SO_4溶液中,合金中的Cu相较易腐蚀;当H_2SO_4溶液浓度和温度达到一定值时,合金出现脱铬腐蚀现象,溶液的浓度和温度越高,脱铬倾向越大,且溶液添加NaCl能促进合金的脱铬腐蚀,还对CuNiCrAl合金的脱铬机制进行了探讨。The corrosion behavior of the CuNiCrAl alloy in H2SO4 solutions were studied by metallograph, XRD, SEM/EDS and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. It was found that Cu of CuNiCrAl alloy in low temperature H2SO4 solutions is easier subject to corrosion than Cr; and dechromisation of the CuNiCrAl alloy occurs at a certain concentration and temperature of H2SO4 solutions, and the tendency of dechromisaion of the CuNiCrAl alloy increases with increasing concentration and temperature of H2SO4 solutions. As a result, the addition of NaCl can accelerate the dechromisaion of the CuNiCrAl alloy, and the mechanism of dechromisaion for CuNiCrAl alloy were also discussed.
