摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶技术对陶瓷纸张进行整理,同时对纳米材料的抗菌性进行了研究和探讨。并通过涂层,浸轧等方式制备出具有阻燃/拒水性能及抗菌防臭性能的超级陶瓷纸。试验表明,采用凝胶-溶胶技术制备的有机-无机相结合的陶瓷纸具有很强的力学性能、拒水性能和阻燃性能;此外,采用纳米材料整理的陶瓷纸对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌具有极高的抑制作用,可广泛应于食品包装纸及保鲜纸等。A newly developed method to prepare super ceramic paper was introduced in this article. Super ceramic paper with flam retardation ability/water repellency and antibacterial/deodorization property can be produced through padding or coating process. Different finishings through various techniques result in diverse performances of the outcome. According to the experiments, the organic-inorganic recombinated caremic paper prepared through sol-gel technique owns outstanding mechanical properties, water repellent ability and flame retardant capacity. And the outcome finished by nanatechnology is effectively antimicrobial, especially to E. coli, S. aureus and C. albicans. So it can be widely used for food package paper and fresh-keeping paper.
