摘  要:通过粉冶和熔炼2种制备方式分别制取了φ3 mm、φ0.1 mm的丝及0.03 mm×0.3 mm×1 mm的窄带,对不同加工阶段的样品进行了金相观察、扫描电镜分析、及拉伸性能、弹性模量测试等。比较了2种制备方式的显微组织和力学性能,为工程应用选材提供了依据。The Mo-Re alloy wire and narrow strip were produced by using the powder metallurgy technique and the melting method, which size are Φ3.0 mm, Φ1.0 mm and 0.03 mm×0.3 mm× 1mm, respectively. The microstructure and mechanical properties were studies by OM, SEM, tension test, elastic modulus test for the sample by powder metallurgy, melting method. The results showed that the impurity O content is lower obvious, the density is higher, but the microstructure coarsen, the tensile strength is lower 10%, δ is smaller, the elastic modulus is correspond, for the sample melting method. The results provides the base for engineering application.
