摘 要:采用热等静压直接扩散连接方法对Al-Si合金/HR-2钢进行了研究。检测了试样的气密性、界面结合强度,采用OM、SEM、EDS、AES分析连接界面的成分与组织。结果表明:当扩散连接优化参数为T=540℃,P=120 MPa,t =1 h时,Al-Si合金/HR-2钢连接试样及试样焊接后的气密性均小于1×10^(-9)Pa·m^3·s^(-1)。试样连接界面形成明显的扩散层,界面紧密完整,未形成金属间化合物。连接试样的界面抗拉强度达56.3 MPa,压溃强度达112.5 MPa。Diffusion bonding processes and its joint properties of aluminum-silicon(Al-Si) alloy to HR-2 steel by hot isostatic pressing were studied in this paper.The joint's air impermeability and the bond-strength were tested,and the interface structure was observed with optics metalloscope(OM) and scanning electron mocroscopy(SEM), and the elemental composition of the interface was analyzed with Energy Dispersive Spectrometry(EDS) and Auger Electron Spectroscopy(AES). The results showed that it is valid technique to diffusion bond aluminum-silicon to HR-2 steel by hot isostatic pressing. When directly bonded for one hour at the hodling temperature of 540℃ and the holding pressure of 120 MPa, an excellent bonding joint can be obtained with the air impermeability of less than 1 × 10^9Pa·m^3·s^-1, the tensile strength up to 56.3 MPa and the collapsing strength up to 112.5 MPa.
