摘  要:研究了不同的基体组织对ZA1Si12Cu2Mg1合金微弧氧化陶瓷层厚度、硬度、截面形貌及相结构的影响规律。结果表明,ZA1Si12Cu2Mg1经过T6工艺热处理后,铸态组织中块状的初晶硅和粗大针状的共晶硅得到细化;在2种基体上均可形成厚度为110μm的均匀、致密的微弧氧化陶瓷层,并与基体结合良好;基体组织对陶瓷层的显微硬度有影响,铸态基体上形成的陶瓷层的维氏显微硬度为5100 MPa,而经过T6工艺热处理的基体上形成的陶瓷层的显微硬度可以达到HV7200MPa;两者相比,后者比前者提高了41%;陶瓷层主要由α-Al_2O_3,γ-Al_2O_3,Al,Al_2SiO_5及非晶相组成。The influences of substrate structure on the thickness, microhardness, microstructure and phase composition of ceramic coatings were investigated. The samples were divided into two groups: one group kept under casting and the other group heat treated by T6 process. The results show that primary crystal silicon and coarse needle eutectic silicon in casting are fined after heat-treated by T6 process. Ceramic coatings are obtained by microarc oxidation on the surfaces of two kinds of samples. The thicknesses of the ceramic coatings both are ca 110 μm, respectively. In addition, ceramic coatings are relatively uniform and dense, and adhere to the substrate tightly. The microhardness of ceramic coatings is influenced by substrate structure. The microhardness of ceramic coating on ZAlSi12Cu2Mg1 under casting is approximately HV5100 MPa. Meanwhile, microhardness of ceramic coating on ZAlSi12Cu2Mg1 after heat treated by T6 is approximately HV7200 MPa. The later increases by 41% compared with the former. Ceramic coating is mainly consisted of α-Al2O3, γ-Al2O3, Al, Al2SiO5 and amorphousness.
