自制复方氯硫咪乳膏治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价复方氯硫咪乳膏治疗寻常痤疮的疗效、依从性、安全性和复发情况。方法采用随机、平行对照的方法,试验组外用复方氯硫咪乳膏,对照组外用0.025%维A酸霜,两组均加服同样内服药物。疗程4w。观察治疗中和疗程结束后的病情变化并记录。结果治疗1w后,试验组基愈率、显效率和有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.005,P<0.001)。随着疗程增加,两组疗效有趋近倾向。治疗4w后,试验组基愈率和有效率仍高于对照组(P<0.05),但显效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组依从指数高于对照组(P<0.001),不良反应的发生率低于对照组(P<0.001)。疗程结束1m后随访,两组复发率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论复方氯硫咪乳膏治疗寻常痤疮起效快、疗效满意、安全可靠、患者依从性高。Objctive To evaluate the effect of Miles ammonia compound surfur cream for treatment acne vulgaris,ineluding its compliance, security and recurrence. Methods With the stochastic and parallel comparasion, the Test unit was treated with external use of Miles ammonia compound surfur cream, and the control group with 0. 025 % vitamin A vacid cream. Otherwise, both units taken the same internal medicine. Taking down the change and improvement during the four - week treatment. Results After 1 - week treatment, the test unit was apparently improved, by compared to the control unit（ P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0. 005 ,P 〈 0. 001 ） ,With the treating days increasing,there were converging trends between the two units,4 -week treatment later,the restore rate of the test unit was still prior to the control unit（ P 〈 0. 05） ,but the difference of the significant efficicency was no stastic meaning（ P 〉0. 05） ,the compliance index of the test unit was higher than the control unit（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. and the occurance of side effect was lower than the control unit（ P 〈0. 001 ）. The follow- up investigution after 1 month,the recurrance rate of the two units was without apparently difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Miles ammonia compound surfur cream for treating acne vulgaris is speedy, the outcome is satisfactory, this way of treatment is safe and feliable, the compliance is high.
