摘　　要：目的探讨综合方法治疗麻风住院患者足底溃疡的效果。方法使用溃疡清创,自我护理,局部外用舒康宝水剂粉剂等综合方法治疗42例76个麻风足底溃疡。结果经过1yr综合治疗,溃疡治愈率为44.74%,显效率为65.79%,有效率为94.74%,治疗效果与溃疡性质,病程等有密切关系。结论麻风溃疡治疗必须根据溃疡发生的机制采取综合的方法予以治疗。Objective To study the effect of leprosy plantar ulcers treated with complex therapy. Method 76 plantar ulcers of 42 cases were treated with complex therapy, including wound clearness, self - care, Shukangbao solution or powder application. Results After 1 year treatment, we got a result of 44. 74% cure rate,65.79% marked effective rate and 94.7% effective rate. The effect is clodely related to ulcer types and ulceration yrars. Conclusion Complex treatment can get better effect in leprosy ulcer control and be popularized in leprosy POD field.
