This article focuses its study on the background of student spring outing, analyzes the characteristics of student spring outing travel agency market, as well as the obstacle and feasibility for travel agency to exploit it, and puts forward several exploitable proposals, which give the effective guidance for tourism industry to exploit the student spring outing travel market.
