低温练漂剂在棉织物练漂中的应用

摘　　要：将低温练漂剂QR-2010、QR-2011和QR-2020应用于棉针织物和梭织物的间歇式一浴一步法练漂、连续式轧蒸法练漂、半连续式冷轧堆练漂等前处理工艺,测试练漂后织物的白度、毛效和强力,并与传统的间歇式一浴一步法练漂效果对比。试验发现,采用低温练漂不影响织物的前处理质量,且大大降低练漂温度,节约能源,降低成本。This paper introduced properties of low temperature scouring and bleaching agents QR-2010, QR-2011 and QR-2012, they were applied to various processes of cotton wovens and knits, such as one bath one step batch process, continuous padsteaming process, semi-continuous cold pad-batch process. Physical properties of whiteness, capillary effect and strength were tested, and were compared to those treated by conventional one bath one step batch process. Results were shown that application of those low temperature agents could reduce working liquid temperature and energy consumption, while exert little influence on fabric quality.
