新疆外向型经济发展的态势分析与应对

摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,中国开始实施延边开放战略,新疆外向型经济在此之后也有了长足的发展。本文通过对1990年以来新疆对外贸易、利用外资、对外经济技术协作以及地域极化等方面数据和现象进行的分析,揭示了新疆外向型经济发展的总体态势及其存在的问题,并从新疆的地缘条件、经济发展水平、区域和城市吸引外商投资的软环境和区域组织等方面深入探讨了影响新疆外向型经济发展的因素,在此基础上提出了促进新疆外向型经济发展的若干应对措施和建议。The export - oriented economy of Xinjiang has developed very quickly since China began to carry out the strategy of opening along land frontier in 1990s of 20th Century. In this paper the total situations and problems existing in the export -oriented economy in Xinjiang were showed, by analyzing the data and phenomena about foreign trade, using foreign capital, external economy and technique collaboration, regional polarization. The factors that affect the export - oriented economy of Xinjiang were also discussed by analyzing the aspect about geographic condition, the level of economy development, the soft circumstances of attracting foreign capital in region and the cites and regional organization. At last, some measures and suggestions that could accelerate the development of export - oriented economy in Xinjiang were put forward based on the above analyses.
