摘　　要：结合硅钢机组的实际运转情况,对张力辊的工况和受力进行理论分析,得出了张力辊产生打滑的几种可能原因,最后针对这些原因提出了相应的解决措施,并同时还在从控制的角度上对有效地防止张力辊打滑现象的出现进行了一定的探讨。According to the steel line＇s running status,the paper analyzes in detail the tension Bridle Roll＇s working status and forced, summarizing some possible reasons,putting forward some relate measures for the Sliding phenomena,at the same time,putting forward some discuss for the tension Bridle Roll＇s Sliding phenomena from the electrical-control.
