摘　　要：异地协同制造是一种实现快速响应市场和可持续性发展的生产模式,它强调跨企业、跨地域以有效的协作来响应用户需求,是全球化制造大背景下的企业新型生产模式。异地协同制造企业是围绕新产品或新经营机遇的产品生产过程,按市场机制通过竞争实现的,其成员各自具有独特的核心技术。就异地协同制造过程中有关协作伙伴的选择问题,应用带有时间令牌的多步反复协商协议,给出了一种协商决策模型。Separate place collaborative manufacturingis a new continuous improvement manufacturing form which can respond market rapidly, It emphasizes cooperative work across enterprise or region to response customers＇need.It is a new enterprise manufacturing form under globalization manufacturing background. Separate place collaborative manufacturing enterprise is realized through competition by market, it is a product manufacturing process for new product or opportunity, every member has specially key technology.According to the problem of partner selection during the Separate Place Cooperative Manufacturing Enterprise going ,Applying multistep negotiates protocol with time token ,this pape gives a negotiation decision model.
