摘　　要：研究了从蒜头果油制备15-羟基十五烷酸甲酯的工艺路线，利用薄层色谱方法寻找层析分离溶剂。实验结果表明，三氯甲烷是良好的洗脱剂，当洗脱时间为270—330min时，回收率为29．95％，15-羟基十五烷酸甲酯含量为98．23％，并对纯化产物进行了MS、IR和^13C NMR结构表征。It was studied the process of preparation of methyl 15-hydroxy-pentadecanate from malania oleifera oil, and eluant was found by TLC method, the results showed that trichloromethane was the best eluant. The recovery and content of methyl 15-hydroxy-pentadecanate were respectively 29. 95% and 98.23% after eluting for 270 - 330 min,and pure product was characterized by MS,IR and ^13C NMR.
