摘  要:目的比较菌丛聚集和线索细胞检查用于细菌性阴道病(BV)诊断的应用价值。方法采用CTB妇科白带快速染色镜检,选取细菌性评分≥7分和5~6分的标本,分别查找线索细胞和菌丛聚集,比较两者在BV诊断中是否存在显著性差异,进行两者优缺点比较。结果在评分≥7分和5~6分的标本中,线索细胞和菌丛聚集诊断BV的阳性率存在显著性差异(P<0.05);线索细胞的敏感性为80%,特异性为95%,阳性预测值为97.3%,阴性预测值为34.2%;菌丛聚集的敏感性为91.8%,特异性为60%,阳性预测值为84.9%,阴性预测值为75%。结论菌丛聚集和线索细胞存在同等应用价值,作为单独的诊断性实验方法,存在局限性;建议推荐使用染色评分法代替查找线索细胞法和菌丛聚集法,以提高检查BV的准确性。Objective To discuss value of colony aggregation and cule cell in diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis (BV). Methods Samples were obtained from inpatients of gynecological departments and CTB methods was used. The value of clue cells and colony aggregation in diagnosis of BV was compared. Results There no was significant differences in the value of diagnosis of BV betweent cule cells and colony aggregation were obsreved The sensitivity, specificity, positive predicative value and negative value clue cell were 80%, 95% , 97.3% and 34.2% ; And that of colony aggregation were 91.8%, 60%, 84.9% and 75% . Conclusion The value of colony aggregation and clue cell is the same but theirvalue is limited in individual diagnosis. Thus it is suggested that staining marks be used instead of clue cell and colony aggregation so as to enhance the accuracy of diagnosos of BV.
