摘　　要：培养创新人才，关键在于创新教学，而创新教学的一个重要方面是实验教学创新。文章根据长期经济管理类实验教学的经验，结合高校实验教学经济管理实验教学的现状，提出了高校经济管理类实验教学创新体系建设的基本原则并阐述了相应的措施，The key of cultivating the innovative talents is the innovative teaching and an important aspect of innovative teaching is the experimental teaching innovation. The author, based on his rich experimental teaching experience of economic management and on the status of the experimental teaching of economic management of higher schools, brings forward the basic principles in constructing the innovative experimental teaching system of the economic management of higher schools and the measures concerned.
