关于柴达木盆地循环经济的思考

摘　　要：循环经济是一种生态经济,发展循环经济是实现经济社会可持续发展的有效途径。青海省柴达木盆地具备发展循环经济的资源与环境优势。国家把柴达木盆地确定为循环经济实验区,对于保护和发展青藏高原以及西部民族地区的社会生产力,促进矿产资源的合理开发、利用和经济社会的可持续发展,将发挥重要的示范作用。The recurrent economy is a kind of ecological economy and developing recurrent economy is an effective way to the realization of sustainable development of economic society. Chaidam Basin in Qinghai Province is provided with the wealthy resource and environment to develop the recurrent economy. China has now fixed the Chaidam Basin area as an experimental area of recurrent economy, which will play an important role in protecting and developing Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, improving the productive forces of this minority area, accelerating the exploitation of mineral resources, and making full use of the sustainable development of economic society.
