摘　　要：学术界的主体研究思路认为,村支书与村主任关系不合是因为村委会选举改变了权力来源,从而形成的体制性的"村两委矛盾"。本研究认为,在中国乡村的政治生态中,村委会选举对村主任和村支书的角色定位影响力较弱,村庄政治中的派系斗争才是二者关系不和的主要根源,这种村庄内部的权力斗争虽然无法上升为体制性冲突,但却披上了体制性冲突的外衣。支书主任"一肩挑"并不能消除派系斗争,但可以起到降低开支,减少村干部摩擦的作用。It’s a common phenomenon that the relationship between village secretary of the Party branch and director of villagers committees discords, the main points in academe consider the cause of this phenomenon is the villagers committee election changed the source of power, accordingly led to institutional inconsistency between village secretary of the Party branch and director of villagers committees. This paper proved that the influence power that the villagers committee election exerted on the roles location of village secretary of the Party branch and director of villagers committees was weak in the political ecology of the country in China, village faction in village politics was the main source of the relationship between village secretary of the Party branch and directors of villagers committees discords, the power struggle inside the village couldn’t become institutional conflict but covered with a coat of institutional conflict. Carrying the burden of both village secretary of the Party branch and directors of villagers committees couldn’t eliminate village faction, but it performed a function on cutting costs and reducing the conflict between village cadres.
