摘　　要：借鉴经济体制改革和国外公立医院改革的成功经验,探求公立医院的改制之路:充分利用现有法律资源,重新构建和安排一系列法律关系,在现有法律框架内实施多种形式的公立医院改制,主要有国有独资的法人化模式、产权多元的法人化模式和产权让售的民营化模式。This article explored new path of public hospital reform by using economic reform in our country and public hospital reform in other countries for reference. Multi - types of public hospital reform were achieved under current law framework by making the best of current law resources, reconstructing and rearranging a series of law relationships. Those types included public - owned, public - and - private - owned, and private - owned types.
