摘　　要：介绍了陶瓷压力棒的作用原理、用材、结构尺寸、安装位置要求,通过陶瓷压力棒在不同纺纱工艺上的使用并与压力棒上销纺纱效果的比较分析,指出陶瓷压力棒表面光滑、纱条阻力小、距中上罗拉的距离可按品种调整,表明其成纱质量优于附加压力棒上销。Introduction is done to the press bar of porcelain regarding the working philosophy, specification, requirement of relocation. Application in different process shows that press bar of porcelain is good in smooth surface,less friction force of yarn,and adjustable in distance from the mid and top rollers,thus favors quality of resultant yarn in contrast to the conventional products.
