中西医结合治疗老年带状疱疹神经痛的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗老年带状疱疹神经痛的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法将100例老年急性带状疱疹神经痛患者随机分为2组。对照组50例口服阿昔洛韦并予以神经阻滞,治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上静脉滴注黄芪注射液。2组均10日为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。记录2组疼痛缓解及消失时间,测定治疗前后外周血白介素-2(IL-2)的含量。结果2组患者疼痛缓解及消失时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组均低于对照组;2组患者治疗后外周血IL-2水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年急性带状疱疹神经痛疗效确切,其作用可能与IL-2水平提高,免疫功能增强有关。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional and western medicine on acute herpes zoster neuralgia in older patients and immune function, Methods One hundred older patients with pain due to acute herpes zoster were randomly allocated to 2 groups （ n = 50 each）. Group Ⅰ were treated with orally acyclovir （0.2 g five times daily） combined with nerve block. Group Ⅱ were treated with acyclovir, nerve, block and intravenous astraqualus membranaceus injection. The treated duration was 10 days. The number of days required for rehef of pain and the total duration of pain were recorded. The change of interleukin - 2 was observed before and after treatment. Results The mean ＋ / - SD number of days required .for relief of pain（50%） and the total duration was significantly fewer in group 11 than that in group Ⅰ . The total duration of pain was also significantly shorter in group Ⅱ than that in group Ⅰ The level of in- terleukin- 2 was increased post- treatment compared with pre - treatment. Conclusion Antiviral agent combined with an nerve block and intravenous astraqualus membranaceus injection is a very effective treatment modality tbr the pain of acute herpes zoster in older patient, and the therapy may enhance and mediate immune function.
