摘　　要：由于料浆转鼓造粒适合于大型磷复肥生产装置,产品组分可灵活调整,近年来新建的S-NPK大型装置多采用此法。阐述了料浆转鼓造粒生产S-NPK的工艺过程,分析了影响产品质量的主要工艺控制点,并提出了工艺控制指标供参考。As the slurry drum granulator is suitable for large sized compound phosphate fertilizer units,the product combination can be flexibly adjusted.This method is commonly used among the large sized S-NPK units newly built in recent years.The process for production of S-NPK with slurry drum granulator is outlined,the main process control points which may affect the product quality are analyzed,and the process control indicators for reference are proposed.
