摘 要:研制了稀土复合固体酸SO2-4/Ti-La-O,以均苯四甲酸二酐和2-乙基己醇的酯化为模型反应,研究催化剂制备条件与催化剂的表面结构对催化活性的影响。XRD表明SO2-4/Ti-La-O在400~450℃焙烧呈非晶态,X光电子能谱解析中可知原子所处的状态已不完全和单组份氧化物表面相同,金属原子极化程度增加了,氧化物表面的硫为高价氧化态S+6;FT-IR表明SO2-4以螯合状双配位方式吸附在金属离子上,表面存在着Bron-sted酸中心和Lewis酸中心。The Rare Earch compound acid SO 2- 4/Ti-La-O is prepared. The esterification of pyromellitic deanhydride with 2-ethyl-hexyl alcohol is regard as a model reaction. This paper studied the effect of preparation conditions and catalyst surface structure on catalytic activity. XRD spectra of catalyst reveals that the catalyst SO 2- 4/Ti-La-O is amorphous in calcination temperature 400℃~450℃,It is found by XPS spectra analysis that the state of atom is not fully identical with singl oxide, the polariging extent in metal atome is increased and the oxidation value of sulfide in suface of oxide is six. FT-IR indicates that SO 2- 4 is combined with metal ions of catalysis in a bidentate state, the Bronsted acid site and Lewis acid site co-exist on the catalyst surface, and acid strength and catalyst are increased greatly by the Lacid and Bacid in cordination.
