摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜妇科围手术期的护理工作重点。方法:本文通过对218例腹腔镜妇科围手术期病人的护理观察制定相应的护理措施,并认真实施和评估。结果:本组患者心理状态稳定,无任何并发症发生,手术效果满意。结论:随着微创外科的发展,电视腹腔镜在妇科临床得到广泛应用,而加强心理护理,积极的健康教育及全方位的护理是手术成功的重要保证。Objective To study the focal point of nursing work during gynecologic operation under laparoscope. Method We assessed conscientiously over 30 patients received gynecologic operation under laparoscope, recorded the main nursing problems, and made the cor- responding nursing measures, then carried them out seriously. Results The mental state of the patients was stable, with no occurrence of complications, and the effects of therapy was satisfactory. Conclusion Along with the development of tiny wound surgery in clinical work, laparoscope is getting the extensive application in the gynecologic clinical work. Psychological nursing, active health education and all direction nursing are the guarantee of suocessful surgical operation.
