摘　　要：组织培养是保存苎麻种质资源、进行快速繁殖的有效方法,并且是运用基因工程技术改良苎麻品质的重要手段。近年来国内研究学者开展了苎麻组织培养研究,本论文从不同基因型、不同的外植体、不同基本培养基、不同的激素对苎麻增殖与分化的影响,以及培养条件等方面综述了近年来在苎麻组织培养方面的研究进展。The tissue culture is an effective measure for the preservation of species and Rapid Propagation of ramie. And the tissue culture is an important condition for the quality meliorator of ramie by Gene Engineering. In the recent years, esarchers unfolded the study on the tissue culture of ramie. The paper reviewed the mostly influence factors in tissue culture oframie, such as genotype, explant type, culture medium, hormone and the condition of culture.
