摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中的作用。方法:对106例施行螺旋CT冠状动脉造影(MSCTA)者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:1例因为扫描时患者不能正确屏气影响图像效果。另1例由于血管穿刺失败,药液外漏而终止注药。其余均获得满意的检查结果。结论:重视人性化护理,解除患者紧张的心理,稳定患者的情绪,对保证操作成功,提高扫描质量非常重要。Objective： To analyze the role of the humanistic nursing in 64 - slice spiral CT angiography for coronary artery. Methods： Data of 106 patients underwent multi - slice spiral CT coronary angiography （MSC- TA） were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Of the total imaging, radiographs of one case were unsatisfactory due Conclusions： To practice humanistic nursing, can calm patient＇s mood and mitigate nervous, guarantee the success of operation and quality of imaging.
