摘  要:为建立振动成型和击实成型的转换关系,进行了3类典型级配碎石在振动和击实成型下的对比试验。结果表明:2种成型方法的物理指标和力学指标具有线性关系;振动成型的物理和力学指标优于击实成型;击实对级配碎石具有严重的破碎作用,且破碎作用存在临界空隙率;振动成型颗粒的定向作用使不同类型的级配碎石形成了良好的结构,物理和力学指标充分反映了材料结构类型的差异;而击实成型正好相反,由于材料和方法的不协调,使材料之间力学性能平均化。In order to establish the transforming relation between modified proctor compaction method (MPCM) and vibrating compaction method (VCM), three types of graded crushed aggregate performance were compared between the VCM and MPCM. The results show that physical and mechanical indexes of two methods take on linearity. Physical and mechanical indexes of VCM exceed that of MPCM. There is a crushed action for stone by MPCM and crushed action exists a critical void. The orientation characteristics of VCM for granule crushed make graded crushed aggregate form good framework. Physical and mechanical indexes fully reflect the structure difference of different types of graded crushed aggregate material, but due to materials and method unharmonized, MPCM makes the mechanical performance equilibration.
