体育的休闲意识与价值考量

摘　　要：休闲已有成为我国社会主要生活方式的趋势,体育理应成为休闲方式的主要选择。但是全民健身的国家目标与社会成员的体育意识及行动所形成的差距,造成了"自觉重建生命"理想目标一时难以达成。调整体育价值取向,在体育的竞技取向不可丢的情形下,重点推介体育之教育与休闲价值,是中国社会发展的需要,也是建设有中国特色社会主义体育的必然要求。The leisure has the tendency to become a main life style in our country. The sports should become the main choice of leisure. But the disparity between the national objective of Health Sports movement involving all the people and the sports consciousness of members of different social classes make the ideal target of ＂the aware reconstruction life＂ difficult to achieve. To adjust sports value orientation, to promot the key value of leisure and education of sports under the situation of not giving up sports athletics orientation are the demand of Chinese social development, as well as the inevitable request of the construction of China sports.
