我国财政支农投入促进农民增收的实证研究

摘　　要：财政向农业投入是政府扶持农民增收的主要手段之一,也是加快社会主义新农村建设的重要因素。研究表明,我国财政支农投入促进农民增收效应明显。目前应进一步扩大财政支农投入规模,合理调整财政支农投入结构,优化财政支农投入方式,以促进农民收入水平的提高。Increasing the income of the peasantry is an important aspect of the socialistic new rural reconstruction in our country, and fiscal supports on agricultural is an efficient way that government assists peasantry to increase income. The empirical analysis indicates that the fiscal supports on agricultural have obvious effect on the income increase of the peasantry. At present, we should further expand the scale of fiscal supports, regulate the structure of investment reasonably, optimize the way of investment, so as to make the income of the peasantry increase stably.
