摘 要:介绍了以压电复合圆盘作为执行器的新型电-气转换器,论述了该转换器核心装置的基本结构、电-气转换原理;通过给其执行部件——压电陶瓷复合圆盘施加频率为20 Hz、幅值为20 V的方波电压107次,对转换器进行了循环疲劳试验,通过比较循环试验前后电-气转换器转换性能的变化,研究了其循环疲劳性能,合格率达90%,为新型压电式电-气转换器的产品化和市场化打下了基础。A new type of electric-pneumatic transfer device whose actuator is based on piezoelectric composite was introduced . The structure and the electric-pneumatic transfer principle of its kemel device were expounded. By bringing a square wave voltage of frequency 20 Hz and size 20 V to bear on the execution unit--piezoelectric ceramic composite plate for 10 000 000 times,it makes a cycle fatigue test on the transfer, studies its cycle fatigue performance by comparing the changes of the transfer' s converter performance of before and after the fatigue test. The passing rate nms up to 90%, which builds up foundation for going to produce and market of the new type of electric-pneumatic transfer device with piezoelectric actuators.
